Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a catalyst for an alkylation reaction between benzene and methanol and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of catalyst preparation. When an impregnation method is adopted for preparation of the catalyst used for the alkylation reaction between benzene and methanol, a precipitant is added such that metal can be highly dispersed in the form of a precipitate on the surface of a carrier; then, the metal is heated to become metallic oxide; and finally, vapour phase reduction is conducted to obtain a metal matrix alkylation catalyst used for inhibiting an MTO reaction even stopping the side reaction during alkylation. The catalyst obtained is composed of 0.05-5.0 wt% of Rh, Ni, Ru or Pt and 95.0-99.95 wt% of a molecular sieve ZSM-5, ZSM-11, NaY, Beta or USY.
