The front end of the body is provided with a lens; the lens is arranged in the center of a light supplementing panel; infrared lamp heads surrounding the lens are uniformly distributed on the light supplementing panel; each infrared lamp head comprises a reflecting bowl and an infrared diode located inthe center of the reflecting bowl; a layer of transparent thin cavity is arranged in front of the light supplementing panel; the transparent thin cavity is filled with water; reflecting debris is arranged in the water; iron powder is doped in the reflecting debris; a central electromagnet is arranged in the rear center of the light supplementing panel; a peripheral electromagnet is arranged around the rear of the light supplementing panel; and power of the central electromagnet and the peripheral electromagnet is supplied by a controllable power supply, and only one in the central electromagnet and the peripheral ele
