Zusammenfassung:The invention relate to a TiCN-based high-temperature-resisting solar energy selective absorbing coating. The coating sequentially comprises a base body, an absorbing layer and an anti-reflection layer from bottom layer to surface, the medium frequency magnetron sputtering technology is adopted for coating preparation, the absorbing layer is a TiCN coating with high temperature resistance, the anti-reflection layer is an AlON layer with is resistant to corrosion and high in hardness and has a protection effect on the base body and the absorbing layer, the TiCN absorbing layer is of a nanometercomposite structure, in other words, nanocrystalline TiN is embedded into amorphous C, the amorphous C in the coating exists in the mode of mixing of SP2 and SP3 hybrid bond energy, and the anti-reflection layer is the AlON layer which is resistant to high temperature oxidation and is of an amorphous structure, and is high in transmittance and low in extinction coefficient. After the coating is annealed for 2h in the air
