Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a clean smelting method utilizing nickel-molybdenum ore. The clean smelting method comprises the following steps that (1) the nickel-molybdenum ore and pyrolusite are subjected to oxidizing roasting after being mixed evenly to obtain roasted clinkers; and (2) the roasted clinkers in the step (1) are added into a phosphoric acid solution for a stirring reaction, and after solid-liquid separation, lixivium including nickel, molybdenum and molybdenum is obtained. By means of the method, the problem of SO2 flue gas pollution existing in the nickel-molybdenum ore smelting process for a long time can be solved, meanwhile, the problem that the reduction cost of low-grade pyrolusite is high can be solved, and a new way is provided for resource utilization of the nickel-molybdenum ore and the pyrolusite. 本发明涉及种镍钼矿的清洁冶炼方法,包括如下步骤:1)将镍钼矿和软锰矿混合均匀后进行氧化焙烧,得到焙烧熟料;2)将步骤1)中所述焙烧熟料加入到磷酸溶液中搅拌反应,固液分离后,得到含镍、锰和钼的浸出液。本发明提出的方法可解决长期以来镍钼矿冶炼过程中SO烟气污染的问题,同时还可解决低品位软锰矿还原成本高的问题,为镍钼矿和软锰矿的资源利用提供新的途径。
