Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a varnish primer without whitening at high temperature and high humidity and a preparation method thereof. The varnish primer without whitening at high temperature and high humidity is composed of a polyurethane varnish main agent, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the weight ratio of the polyurethane varnish main agent to the curing agent to the diluent is 1: (0.5-0.6): (0.5-0.9) during construction of the varnish primer. The varnish primer without whitening at high temperature and high humidity provided by the invention has characteristics like no returning to white, no matting, excellent pore permeability and good leveling degree and fullness for a coating film; and compared with a coating used in the conventional market, the varnish primer provided by the invention has the characteristics like no returning to white and no matting in a later stage for the coating film after construction in high-temperature and high-humidity weather, and has the advantagesof stronger substrate pe
