The bottom of a mixing tank is connected with a pretreatment tank through a liquid drainage pipeline,a support steel rack is driven by a motor so as to realize lifting adjustment of the mixing tank, and the jacket of a homogeneous mixing bin of the mixing tank is filled with a heat transfer medium;openings are formed in the side wall of a liquid separating filter net funnel inside the homogeneous mixing bin, the center of the bottom plate of the liquid separating filter net funnel is rotatablyconnected with a funnel rotating shaft through a bearing bottom support, and the funnel rotating shaft is fixedly connected with an upper cross beam; the funnel rotating shaft is connected with two funnel stirring blades in the liquid separating filter net funnel, the liquid inlet end of a liquid feeding pipeline is connected with an external liquid feeding source, and the bearing bottom support is provided with a cooling c
