The method comprises the following steps: when a paired trigger signalis detected, switching the frequency of the communication channel to the paired frequency, wherein the paired trigger signal is an electromagnetic induction signal; acquiring the working frequency ofthe pairing device through a communication channel; switching the frequency of the communication channel to the operating frequency to communicate with the pairing device based on the operating frequency.
