Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a radioactive source management and control system and method, the radioactive source management and control system of the present invention comprises a server, a user terminal, a management terminal, a user identification unit, an access control unit and a radioactive source status detection unit in network connection with the server, wherein the user terminal is configured to send a radioactive source borrowing request to the server to obtain a radioactive source borrowing right or the user terminal is configured to send a radioactive source return request to the server; the user identification unit is arranged outside the radioactive source warehouse door, and is used for identifying the user to confirm the borrowing right of the user.
