The method comprises the following steps: preparing a bovine serum albumin-mediated au nanocluster solution, preparing a solution from a sample to be detected, dividing the solution into a plurality of equal portions in a volume ratio, adding pure water into each portion of sample solution in different volume ratios respectively for diluting to form a series of sample solutions of different concentrations, and extracting various diluted sample solutions in an isovolumetric manner to from a plurality of standard solutions to be detected; adding the bovine serum albumin-mediated au nanocluster solution into the standard solutions to be detected to form mixed solution samples, placing the mixed solution samples under light rays in the same excitation wavelength range, and if the fluorescent strength of each mixed solution sample is in direct proportion to the diluting degree of the corresponding standard solution to be detected in each mixed solution sa
