The invention discloses a stretchable table lamp which comprises a lamp base and a lamp holder assembly. The lamp holder assembly comprises an installing shell and a light emitting device arranged onthe installing shell. A containing groove for containing the installing shell is formed in the top face of the lamp base. A lifting device controlling the installing shell to ascend and descend relative to the lamp base is connected between the installing shell and the lamp base. A part or the whole of the installing shell descending relative to the lamp base enters the containing groove.
