The invention discloses an oil and gas well production and injection monitoring system, which comprises an upper computer provided with supporting processing software, a demodulator connected to the upper computer, a buried optical cable connected to the demodulator, a downhole optical cable connected to the buried optical cable, and a sensing module connected to the downhole optical cable, wherein the sensing module is used for collecting a downhole spectral signal in real time and transmitting the spectral signal to the demodulator through the downhole optical cable and the buried optical cable; the demodulator is used for receiving the spectral signal, analyzing the signal as temperature data and pressure data and transmitting the data to the upper computer; and the upper computer receives the temperature data and pressure data and processes the data through the supporting software to acquire oil and gas well production and injection information.
