Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a modifier and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. The modifier aims to solve the problems that at present, lime and cement arecommonly used for soil improvement, thus the strength is not enough, the use amount is large, difficulty exists when this method is used in soil samples with high water content and the cost is thus high. The modifier includes the following components, by weight, 30-45 parts of cement, 42-55 parts of mineral waste residues, 6-15 parts of lime, 1-5 parts of sodium silicate, 2-5 parts of gypsum, 10-15 parts of nanometer magnesia and 5-10 parts of carbonyl diamide. The modifier is used for improving a soil sample, the water content of the soil can be effectively reduced, and the modifier has verygood improvement effect.
