The device is mounted at the bottom of the casting electromagnetic stirrer, and comprises fixing plates and liftingpin shafts, wherein the fixing plates are matched and mounted at the bottom of the casting electromagnetic stirrer; and the lifting pin shafts are matched and mounted at the bottom of the fixing plate.
