Firstly, lead and zinc smelting waste is subjected to magnetic separation after crushing and ball milling, and iron concentrate and magnetic separation tailings are obtained; then, after ultrasonic activation, the magnetic separation tailings are subjected to bulk flotation, mixed concentrate and flotation tailings are obtained, a newly-developed collector YB-1 is adopted at the time of flotation, and the lead and zinc flotation effect is good; then, the mixed concentrate is subjected to high-temperaturetreatment after microwave activation, valuable metals such as lead, zinc, silver and indium in the mixed concentrate are volatilized to form smoke dust, after collection through a bag collector, lead-zinc concentrate is obtained, the tailings are discharged from the tail portion of a furnace, and mineral powder is obtained after water quenching treatment.
