Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a shaddock peel deodorization agent, a preparation method thereof and a using method thereof on freshwater fish. The shaddock peel deodorization agent comprises a solution A and a solution B, wherein the solution A is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1 to 4 percent of sodium alginate, 1 to 3 percent of glycerinum and 3 to 8 percent of shaddockpeel powder; the solution B is 1 to 5 percent of a CaCl2 solution. The using method comprises the following steps: soaking fresh dead fish in the solution A for 1 to 5 minutes, and fishing out and draining; then soaking in the solution B for 1 to 5 minutes, and preserving at the temperature of 03 to 4 DEG C after fishing out and draining. According to the shaddock peel deodorization agent disclosed by the invention, the shaddock peel deodorization agent is utilized for treating the freshwater fish, not only a fishy smell is reduced, but also fruity fragrance is diffused.
