The invention relates to a spray-seeding material for mine slope protection greening. The material is composed of a base layer and a seed layer; the material is characterized in that the base layer ofthe spray-seeding material is prepared from, by volume, 40-60 parts of tailings, 40-60 parts of clay, 4-6 parts of organic fertilizer, 5-9 parts of breathable materials, 0.02-0.05 part of a water retaining agent and 0.02-0.05 part of an adhesive; the seed layer of the spray-seeding material is prepared from, by volume, 85-95 parts of clay, 3-4 parts of organic fertilizer, 4.5-6 parts of breathable materials, 0.05-0.08 part of a microbial agent, 0.02-0.05 part of a water retaining agent and 0.02-0.05 part of an adhesive.
