During preparation, small-particle-size fuel particles and a small amountof quick lime particles are fully dry-mixed to prepare the modified fuel. After the modified fuel is added to a sintering material, the reduction of NOx in the fuel can be effectively promoted in thesintering process, the emission amount of NOx is effectively reduced, and the high-efficiency emission reduction of NOx in the iron ore sintering process is achieved. 本发明公开了种用于烧结过程中减排NOx的改性燃料及其制备方法,涉及烧结污染物减排技术领域。本发明的改性燃料包括干燥后的生石灰和燃料,且生石灰占燃料总质量的0.25%-5%,制备过程中将小粒径的燃料颗粒和少量的生石灰颗粒进行充分干混,制备得到上述改性燃料。本发明的改性燃料加入烧结料后,在烧结过程中可以有效促进燃料中NOx的还原,从而有效降低NOx排放量,进而实现铁矿烧结过程NOx的高效减排。
