Zusammenfassung: | A using method of foaming self-breaking concrete based on microwave excitation is characterized in that self-breaking concrete containing a vulcanizing agent, a foaming agent, rubber powder, a microwave absorbent and perlite or vermiculite is poured to form a temporary support structure, a microwave field is applied to a pouring area when the temporary structure is dismounted or destroyed, the mutual cooperation of all above components realizes the rapid rising of the temperature in the concrete, the foaming agent foams and vents gas at a high temperature, and coarse and fine aggregates expandat a high temperature, so the concrete rapidly cracks, and is self-broken. The strength of the concrete after breaking is greatly reduced, so the temporary support structure poured by using the concrete is easy to dismount, the time is saved, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
