The automatic polishing and paint-spraying device of the pipe wall comprises a friction hollow adhesive tape. One side, adjacent to a pipe, of the friction hollow adhesive tape is provided with a friction strip. Each of two sides of the friction hollow adhesive tape is provided with a linkage component. The linkage components are linked and installed with an air pocket. The linkage components are linked along with deformation of the air pocket. The friction hollow adhesive tape performs leftward and rightward friction relative to the pipe through the linkage of the linkage components, and position adjustment is realized. The linkage component adopts a combined design of a telescopic rod and a connecting rod mechanism. The connecting rod mechanism is connected with the friction hollow adhesive tape.
