According to the method, mint, catnip, tansy, borage, garlic and mirabilisjalapa are quantitatively planted in gaps between gynostemma pentaphyllum seedlings, so that the effects of expelling and killing pests, attracting beneficial insects and improving the disease resistance of gynostemma pentaphyllum are achieved. Branches and fallen leaves obtained after trimming the mint, the catnip, the tansy, the borage, the garlic, the mirabilis jalapa and other associated plants are turned under soil, the mirabilis jalapa is buried into the root of the gynostemma pentaphyllum, the effects of expelling and killing the pests are further improved, adults and larvae of anomalacorpulenta are effectively killed, and the insect pest incidence rate of the gynostemma pentaphyllum is further reduced.
