Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the invention provide a behavior detection device and method, and relate to the field of wireless signal processing. The device comprises a communication module and a processor. The communication module comprises a receiving unit, a transmitting unit and a processing unit. The transmitting unit is used for transmitting a wireless electromagnetic wave; the receiving unit is used forreceiving a reflected wave of the wireless electromagnetic wave; and the processing unit is used for carrying out frequency mixing processing on the wireless electromagnetic wave and the reflected wave to generate an intermediate frequency signal. The processor is used for processing the intermediate frequency signal to obtain behavior state information of a target object in a room.
