Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a microfluidic chip used for biomolecule detection and a microfluidic device. The microfluidic chip includes a signal source, a first load circuit, a first connection element,two or more microfluidic cavity channels, a sensing chip, a second connection element and a second load circuit. A portion of the microfluidic cavity channels is input microfluidic cavity channels, and used for injecting to-be-detected liquid into a detection region of the sensing chip. The other portion of the microfluidic cavity channels is output microfluidic cavity channels, and used for evacuating detected liquid. In detection, the signal source, the first load circuit, the first connection element, the sensing chip, the second connection element and the second load circuit are sequentially connected in series to form a closed loop, and the content of biomolecules in the to-be-detected liquid is detected through an electrical signal in an output circuit of the sensing chip.
