Air tightness detection device for welding seam of cooling plate

The invention discloses an air tightness detection device for the welding seam of a cooling plate. The air tightness detection device comprises a positioning frame, fastening screws, a clamping steelplate, a rubber plate, a gas pipeline and an outer nut, wherein the upper end face of the positioning frame is provided with threaded holes corresponding to four fastening screws; the rubber plate andclamping steel plate are of the same size, and are all equipped with air holes and bonded together in the central part; the gas pipeline and the clamping steel plate are welded into a whole; the other end of the gas pipeline is matched with the outer nut; and the outer nut is in threaded fit with the gas pipeline of the air tightness detection device. The positioning frame can be designed flexibly according to the size of the cooling plate to satisfy the air tightness detection of the welding seams of cooling plates of different specifications. The air tightness detection device has the advantages of simple structure,
