The invention relates to an aircraft control surface angle measurement device and a measurement method thereof. The device comprises a support and a slope measurement instrument arranged on the support, and further comprises a sucker making the slope measurement instrument and the control surface cooperate, the upper end of the sucker is provided with a swing arm, the lower end of the sucker is provided with a connector matching with the support, and a cardan shaft enabling the slope measurement instrument to rotate and measure is arranged between the support and the connector. The measurementmethod comprises specific steps of (1) fixing; (2) horizontal state; (3) zero clearing; (4) working angle; and (5) finishing measurement.
