A method for detecting points on the root cone curved surface of the bevel gear by utilizing a three-coordinate measuring machine realizes the detection of the root cone parameters; and compared with an old measuring method, the detection speed is high, the touch measuring area is small, the detection can be performed by only machining one pair of teeth during working procedures, and the defect that the measurement can be performed only by detecting a finished workpiece and a workpiece needing to be damaged can be overcome. 本发明涉及种检测锥齿轮齿根锥参数的方法,利用三坐标测量机检测锥齿轮根锥曲面上点的方法,实现了根锥参数的检测,相对比老的测量方法检测速度快,触测面积小,能够实现在工序间时只加工对齿就可以检测,解决了必须检测成品工件以及需破坏工件才能测量的缺陷。
