The structure comprises an upper mold, a lower mold and a cavity, left and right sides of the cavity areconnected with a first flowing passage and an air discharging groove respectively, the first flowing passage and the air discharging groove are provided with air pumping devices, and a buffering component which is used for slowing down the flowing speed of metal liquid is arranged on the part, located between the air pumping device and the first flowing passage, of a first air outlet.
