Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a part punching method for an aluminum alloy plate subjected to local copious cooling. The method comprises the steps that 1, an aluminum alloy strip is processed in a sheet shape; 2, the processed material is subjected to local copious cooling by using cooling nitrogen gas, and the temperature is lowered to be -150 DEG C--100 DEG C; 3, the material obtained after local copious cooling is subjected to part punching, and a high-performance aluminum alloy punching part is obtained. By means of the method, the mechanical property of an existing aluminum alloy part punchingpiece can be improved, the product weight is reduced, the service life of a workpiece is prolonged, and the high-performance aluminum alloy punching part is obtained.
