The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: opening basalt chopped strand filaments and poly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole) fibers, adding basalt base cloth in the middle, after needling compositing, to obtain a plain felt; after performing chemical processing on the plain felt, forming a needled felt; coating the surface of the needled felt with PTFE foam emulsion, and pre-baking and baking to form a foam coating, to obtain the ultra-temperature composite foam coating filtering material, wherein a pre-baking temperature is 116-124 DEG C, a baking temperature is 190-220 DEG C, and a travel speed is 4-7 m/min. The filtering material adopts the basalt base cloth. The basalt base cloth is capable of improving strength of a base material of the filtering material, and greatly increasing temperature toleranceof the filtering material |
