Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method for a cedrela sinensis extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) decocting cedrela sinensis, filtering and taking a filtrate, thereby forming a first mixture; (b) using ethyl alcohol for treating the first mixture, thereby forming a second mixture; (c) performing suction filtration on the second mixture, thereby acquiring the filtrate and forming a third mixture; (d) centrifuging the third mixture and taking supernatant, namely, a primary cedrela sinensis extract solution. The cedrela sinensis extract prepared according to the method can be used as a protective agent for chicken blood cell cryopreservation.
