LCoS micro displayer based on bilateral IPS electrodes structure

The invention provides a liquid crystal on silicon micro-displayer based on a bilateral in playing switching electrodes structure. The liquid crystal on silicon micro-displayer is composed of an upperbase plate, a blue phase liquid crystal layer and a lower base plate. The upper base plate is arranged parallel to the lower base plate. The upper base plate comprises a polarizer, a half wave plate,a quarter wave plate, a glass base plate, an upper base plate transparent plane common electrode and an upper base plate transparent plane pixel electrode; and the lower base plate comprises a lowerbase plate transparent plane common electrode, a lower base plate transparent plane pixel electrode, an insulating layer, a metal diffuse reflection film and a single crystal silicon base plate.
