The method comprises the following steps: dissolving the sample by adopting nitric acid and hydrochloric acid at low temperature, the sulfuric acid, the phosphoric acidand the mannitol digest the carbon and prevent boron element from volatilizing; taking co-matrix standard boron solution as a working curve, and quickly measuring boron content in low-alloy steel at the wavelength of 249.677nm on an inductive coupling plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES).
