Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device and method for high-throughput, continuous and rapid preparation of an alloy sample. The device comprises a rotating system, a dispensing system, a heating and melting system, a cooling and solidifying system, a sampling system and a PLC control system; a dispensing zone, a heating and melting zone, a cooling and solidifying zone and a sampling zone are located ona rotating table. A container placed above the dispensing zone is controlled by the PLC and dispenses the alloy to a crucible which is rotated to the zone according to a preset alloy distribution ratio; a melting cavity and a cooling device respectively placed above the heating and melting zone and the cooling and solidifying zone are respectively used for melting and solidifying the alloy in thecrucible; a sample push-out device placed under the sampling zone is used for taking out the solidified sample from the crucible.
