Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a laser wave measurement device and method under shallow water environment. The laser wave measurement device comprises a sliding rod, a box container, a laser sensor, a datacollector and a processor. The fluctuation of a water meter is measured by utilizing a laser beam, the sliding rod and a floating body in a matched mode, wherein the laser beam is small in emitting angle, large in distance and high in precision. The data collector is used for carrying out local backup, remote wireless transmission and storage on original data measured by the laser sensor, and finally the processor is used for data processing so as to estimate feature parameters such as the wave height, period and frequency spectrum. The laser wave measurement device and method can fully meet the requirements of an indoor water tank experiment and outdoor long-time continuous real-time wave monitoring, and the problems of harsh application conditions, low measuring precision, poor real-timeperformance and the like
