Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an extra-super heavy oil sand control pump. The extra-super heavy oil sand control pump comprises an outer pipe assembly extending vertically and a pump barrel assembly arranged in the outer pipe assembly. The pump barrel assembly is provided with an external oil inlet channel communicating with an inner cavity of the pump barrel assembly. A plunger assembly doing reciprocating motion in the vertical direction to pump oil through the inner cavity of the pump barrel assembly is arranged in the pump barrel assembly. An oil inlet valve assembly used for controlling connection and disconnection of the inner cavity of the pump barrel assembly is arranged between the pump barrel assembly and the plunger assembly. The oil inlet valve structure comprises a sealing valve seat arranged on the pump barrel assembly and a sealing valve element matched with the sealing valve seat to be relatively slidably arranged on the plunger assembly in the vertical direction.
