The invention relates to a yarn guide device capable of used in the thread processing industry, textile machinery and twisting machines. Two or more yarns are twisted into a thread under the action ofa twisting machine. In the practical work, one of the twisted yarns is broken sometimes, the unbroken yarns are continuously twisted, and the single-yarn twisted thread does not meet product requirements. The yarn guide device is equipped with a work display lamp, a yarn breaking display lamp and a yarn breaking instruction generator composed of a resistor, a diode, wires, a connector and the like. When there is a broken yarn, the yarn breaking instruction generator controls another yarn breaking device to quickly cut off the unbroken yarns, thereby preventing the single yarn from being continuously twisted, and sending a yarn breaking signal to an operator.
