Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-density and high-flame-retardant resin-based electronic material, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, using bismaleimide to obtain modified modify epoxy resin; adding halloysite nanotubes to a tetrabutyl titanate hydrolysis system, and adding a silane coupling agent as a surfactant to prepare a nano-titanium oxide/ halloysitenanotube composite, and finally adding the modified epoxy resin, the nano-titanium oxide/ halloysite nanotube composite to a high-mixer to mix, then adding an anti-aging agent and a dispersing agent,continuing mixing, performing extruding and granulating by an extruder to obtain a mixture material, and finally forming by hot-pressing of the obtained mixture material to obtain the electronic material. The electronic material not only has excellent stability but also has excellent flame retardancy.
