Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a submerged-arc welding wire with the yield strength of 690 MPa and capable of meeting the using requirement of -60 DEG C. The submerged-arc welding wire is prepared from, by mass, 0.3%-3.0% of Mn, 2.0%-4.0% of Ni, 0.1%-1.0% of Cr, 0.20%-0.90% of Mo, 0.01%-0.20% of Ti, 0.001%-0.50% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.16% of C, smaller than or equal to 0.0020% of P, 0.001%-0.015% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.0060% of N, smaller than or equal to 0.0040% of O and the balance Fe. The invention further provides a preparation method and using method of the submerged-arc welding wire. According to the submerged-arc welding wire with the yield strength of 690 MPa and capable of meeting the using requirement of -60 DEG C, the low-temperature toughness of welding-material deposited metal can be effectively improved, and all mechanical properties of a welding joint can meet the 5Y69 standard requirements specified by the classification society.
