The compound ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide oral-liquid comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 70-95 parts of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide fermentation broth, 0.2-6 parts of a ganoderma lucidum mycelium extract, 2-12 parts of a wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore extract, and 0.5-12 parts of a ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract. A preparation method of the compound ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide oral-liquid comprises the following steps: preparing the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide fermentation broth enriched with ganoderma lucidum mycelium ingredients by adopting a repeated freezing-thawing technology; and then, adding the ganoderma lucidum mycelium extract, the wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore extract, the ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract and the like by carrying out compound blending so as to obtain the compound ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide oral-liquid.
