Package and packaging method

The present invention provides a package and a packaging apparatus, which are capable of eliminating the necessity of cushioning materials. The package comprises: a box B that has side pieces 4 erected from the four sides of a rectangular bottom surface 6; a plate material 2 that has at least four press-fitting parts to be press-fitted to the four side pieces when the plate material 2 is pushed into the box B; and a heat-shrinkable film 3 for shrink packaging an object 1 to be packaged together with the plate material 2. The plate material 2 being shrink-packaged together with the object 1 makes close contact to the bottom surface of the box, and the press-fitting parts are press-fitted to the side surfaces of the box B. 本发明提供种不需要缓冲材料的包装体与包装装置。包装体包含：箱B，具有从设为矩形的底面6的4边竖立的侧片4；板材2，具有当按入该箱B时，压接于所述4个侧片4的至少4处压接部；以及热缩性薄膜3，用于将包装对象物1跟所述板材2同进行收缩包装，与包装对象物1同经收缩包装的板材2紧贴箱的底面，所述压接部压接于箱B的侧面。
