The winding device comprises a first winding needle, an unloading plate and a second winding needle arranged in a first direction sequentially. The first winding needle and the second winding needle are identical in shape and size, and one end of the first winding needle and the second winding needle facing the discharge plate is provided with a first clamping surface for clamping the starting end of the battery electrode sheet. The discharge plate is provided with a second clamping surface at both ends in thefirst direction, respectively facing the first clamping surface of the first winding needle or the second winding needle.
