The invention provides a network remote court trial system, comprising a plaintiff end, a defendant end, a trial end and a server, wherein the plaintiff end, the defendant end and the trial end are respectively communicated with the server; the server comprises a storage unit, a personnel checking unit, a speech timing unit and a voice control module. The storage unit is used for storing the casematerial information as well as the video and audio recording information during the court hearing; the personnel checking unit is used by the trial end to check the identities of the plaintiffs and the defendants; the speech timing unit is connected with a speech control module, and the speech timing module is used for timing the speech time of the plaintiff end and the defendant end respectively.
