Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of fault monitoring, and provides a device, a method and a system for monitoring electrical contact faults of a GIS(Geographic Information System) contactsystem. The device comprises a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, and a processor. The first temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature parameter of a mounting shell.The second temperature sensor is used for acquiring the environment temperature. The processor is used for obtaining the temperature rise of the mounting shell, and the environment temperature parameter; simultaneously calculating the temperature rise of the mounting shell and estimating the parameter value of a contact resistance according to the calculated temperature rise of the mounting shelland a preset simulation database; and comparing the estimated parameter value of the contact resistance to a preset resistance threshold of the contact resistance to judge the electrical contact state of the GIS contact system
