Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a carcino-embryonic antigen sensor. An input transducer and an output transducer are manufactured on a piezoelectric material to construct a sound surface wave sensor, a carcino-embryonic antibody is fixed through a gold membrane deposited between the input transducer and the output transducer, and carcino-embryonic antigen concentration is detected by means of the carcino-embryonic antibody. The manufacturing cost of the sound surface wave sensor is low. Carcino-embryonic antigen concentration is detected precisely by combining specificity of the carcino-embryonic antibody and the antigen. The manufacturing method of the carcino-embryonic antigen sensor comprises the following steps: manufacturing the input transducer and the output transducer on a piezoelectric material layer; depositing the gold membrane on the piezoelectric material between the input transducer and the input transducer; and finally, fixing the carcino-embryonic antibody to the gold membraneto manufacture the carcin
