The positioning chip comprises a pump light source, a first medium light waveguide, a second medium light waveguide, anactive cascade surface plasmon resonant cavity-based gyroscope chip, an output optical fiber and a photoelectric detector; the active cascade surface plasmon resonant cavity-based gyroscope chip comprises an active cascade surface plasmon resonant cavity, a tunable coupling output end, an X branch, a modulator and a Y branch; and a directed coupler with a bent surface is connected between the first medium light waveguide and the second medium light waveguide and is coupled with a light field composed of the active cascade surface plasmon resonant cavity-based gyroscope chip.
