The method comprise the following steps: performing melt extrusion on a blend slices of P3HB4HB and PLA toprepare nascent fiber, and standing and performing hot stretching on the nascent fiber to prepare the flexible P3HB4HB/PLA blend fiber, wherein the blend slices of P3HB4HB and PLA are sliced preparedby melt blending of P3HB4HB and PLA. Monofilaments of the prepared flexible P3HB4HB/PLA blend fiber simultaneously contain P3HB4HB component and PLA component, and the elongation at break of the flexible P3HB4HB/PLA blend fiber is 35-147.7%.
