Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a pre-alloyed CuCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy porous material. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps that Cu, Cr, Fe, Ni and Ti materials obtained after ultrasonic treatment are weighed according to the equal molar ratio; the weighed materials are smelted by adopting vacuum arcs and then subjected to gas atomization to prepare pre-alloyedCuCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy powder; stearic acid of which the quantity accounts for 2%-4% of the total powder quantity is added into the powder, and a pressed blank is obtained through cold press molding after drying; and the pressed blank is put into a vacuum sintering furnace to be sintered, and the high-entropy alloy porous material is prepared.
