Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for continuous reduction and ingot casting of germanium dioxide. The method comprises the following steps of putting the germanium dioxide into a graphite boat, and placing the graphite boat into a furnace; passing the graphite boat filled with the germanium dioxide through seven heating areas in reducing gas atmosphere in sequence, wherein the temperature range of the seven heating areas is 200-1050 DEG C; and then, obtaining germanium ingots after cooling. According to the method, through arrangement of the seven heating areas, the continuous reduction and ingot casting of the germanium dioxide are achieved, and the reduction and ingot casting time is shortened; the labor intensity is low, and the automation degree is high; and the production efficiency and the resistivity of a germanium ingot are improved.
