Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of ginsenoside Rb1 fermentation liquor. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding 1-5g of ginsenoside Rb1 into every 1L of MRS culture medium, dissolving, and regulating the pH value to be 5.0-5.5; 2) filtering the MRS culture medium containing the ginsenoside Rb1 to remove bacteria under sterile conditions; and 3) inoculating lactobacillus fermenti into the MRS culture medium containing the ginsenoside Rb1 according to an inoculum size of 1-5%, wherein the fermentation conditions are as follows: shake cultivation is performed at a temperature of 30-40 DEG C, and the rotation speed of the shake is 70-130 revolutions per minute; and fermenting for 5-7 days. Animal experiment results prove that the lactobacillus fermenti fermented ginsenoside Rb1 has a potential effect for repairing high fat diet induced fatty liver injury; and the lactobacillus fermenti fermented ginsenoside Rb1 has a certain effect of relieving and improving liverinjury and inflammatory r
