The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) picking and sorting; 2) squeezing: respectively obtaining high-grade fruit juice and secondary fruit juice; 3) high-grade fruit juice fermentation; 4) secondary juice fermentation; 5) deploy; 6) aging; 7) cold treatment; 8) sterilize, filtering and fil. The invention makes up for the shortcomings of insufficient color of high-grade mulberry fruit wine, green taste of secondary mulberry fruit wine and slight astringent taste through fractional pressing, grading fermentation of fruit juice, and remixing.
