Alloy toughener for nylon toughening

The invention relates to the technical field of tougheners, in particular to an alloy toughener for nylon toughening. The alloy toughener for nylon toughening is prepared from a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, a styrene thermoplastic elastomer, a first grafted monomer, a second grafted monomer, an initiator and a diluent. The polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer is one or more of an ethylene-octylene copolymer, an ethylene-butene copolymer, EPM and EPDM, and the styrene thermoplastic elastomer is one or more of a styrene-butadiene-styrene segmented copolymer, a polystyrene-poly(ethylene-butene)-polystyrene segmented copolymer, a styrene-isoprene-styrene segmented copolymer and a polystyrene-poly(ethylene-propylene)-polystyrene segmented copolymer. The obtained alloy toughener can enhancethe toughness of nylon effectively under the circumstance of keeping proper rigidity of nylon, is good in comprehensive toughening modification effect to nylon, and is simple in preparation process and convenient to operate.
